Reference Stage

The reference stage can be very important and should not be overlooked. You can create a template which contains specific questions targeting Murad Code Values and Competencies to gain more insights on your candidate in previous roles.

Some potential questions which can be included for this competency:

  • “How does the candidate work with people who are different from them?”

  • “Can you give an example when the candidate has tailored their approach when working with individual who has specific needs due to age, gender, ability or heightened risks?”

  • “Would you trust this person to work with persons of diverse SOGIESC or people at heightened risk? Can you give an example of their behaviour that supports your answer.”
